Smoothie King Shift Leader Job Description

We are seeking a purpose-driven Shift Leader to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Leader, you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
  • Blend delicious tasting smoothies that meet our high standards.
  • Ensure Guests' purposes are met when smoothies are ordered, providing a personalized experience.
  • Greet and engage Guests to provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Properly prepare all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties, including store checklist tasks.
  • Show up on time and ready to work, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

  • Assist in Team Member management throughout the shift, providing guidance and support.
  • Fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to connect and communicate with Guests, Team Members, with a "Guest comes first" attitude.
  • At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
  • Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
