The Opportunity

As our HVAC Installation Tech Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work with a competitive pay range of $20 - $28 per hour, as well as great benefits such as full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with no waiting period. Your regular schedule will span from Monday to Friday, offering a professional rhythm with occasional on-call weekends.

What We Need From You

  • High school diploma or GED (Experience may be substituted for education)
  • Experience in HVAC installation
  • Ability to interpret and understand installation plans/documents
  • Basic computing skills and comfortable using a computer, laptop, or tablet
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to work overtime or occasional weekend hours

An HVAC trade school certification and EPA certification are preferred but not required. One or more years in construction or a related field is also a plus
