Job Title: Senior Windows Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Atrilogy Solutions Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our clients' Windows PCs and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for Windows PCs, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of IT inventory, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve Asset and Configuration Management.
  • Train ITIL users on Asset and Configuration Management practices.
  • Monitor support ticket queues and work to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct inventory audits and develop procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies for IT purchases and disposals.
  • Report on life cycle management of assets and facilitate audits onsite and offsite.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Windows PC support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and Asset Management Systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
