Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Somers Point, NJ. The successful candidate will manage health problems and coordinate care for patients across multiple offices.
About the RoleThis full-time position requires a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, along with valid certification and prior experience in primary care or gastroenterology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with other professionals to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities- Manage health problems and coordinate care for patients across multiple offices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Provide education to patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program
- Valid certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Prior experience in primary care or gastroenterology
- Current DEA certificate and Current CDS
