  • Maintain the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

Qualifications
  • Familiarity with company policies and operational structure
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field
  • Experience in retail security or law enforcement
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years (21 in specific locations)
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of loss prevention terminology and practices
