Our team has pioneered models such as Jasper, QuartzNet, and CitriNet, along with algorithms designed to enhance the training of large-scale models on our GPU cloud infrastructure.

We contribute to the NeMo project, an open-source toolkit for Conversational AI that is widely utilized by organizations for applications in customer support, voice-driven assistants, and more.

We work collaboratively with product teams and leading researchers from prestigious academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Innovate new Deep Learning models for automatic speech recognition, speech synthesis, neural machine translation, and natural language processing.
• Design scalable training algorithms.
• Open-source models utilizing the NeMo conversational AI frameworks.
• Provide mentorship to interns.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences focused on speech and NLP.
• Collaborate with universities and research institutions.

Qualifications:
• PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in Deep Learning for Natural Language Processing or Speech Recognition.
• Minimum of 2 years of research experience in speech recognition or NLP.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Familiarity with PyTorch.
• Strong publication record.
• Additional advantages include contributions to open-source initiatives and serving as a reviewer for leading speech conferences.

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and the compensation of peers in similar roles.
