Job Title: Biometrics Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Biometrics Planning Director to join our team at WuXi AppTec. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of biometrics projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracted scopes and plans are communicated effectively.
  • Contract and Budget Management: Supervise contract workflow from start to finish, ensuring prompt contract upload to the D365 system and timely invoicing.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, identifying and escalating issues to senior management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in science
  • Experience: 12-18 years of relevant experience in a health sciences research institute or pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including minimum of 6 years of supervision experience
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and leadership qualities
Working Conditions:
  • Office Environment: Must be able to work in an office environment with minimal noise conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for most of the workday, with occasional repetitive motion activities
