Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement Strategy Development:

  • Lead the formulation and implementation of the organization's roadmap for continuous improvement.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across various departments and processes.
  • Set goals, objectives, and performance metrics to monitor progress and evaluate success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with overarching business goals.

Quality Management and Compliance:

  • Establish and uphold quality management systems and standards throughout the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures, including audits and inspections.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Develop reporting systems to provide regular updates on performance and outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Training and Development:

  • Provide leadership on change management processes related to safety and quality initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills in quality management.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement and quality management initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in continuous improvement and quality management roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies are preferred.
