Biomedical Device Coordinator

• Support regulatory excellence by ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, fostering a culture of teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication.
• Responsible for shipping, receiving, and storing devices, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and condition of items.
• Validate receipts and perform quality checks to guarantee the integrity of our inventory.
• May be required to obtain forklift certification and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by maintaining a high level of organization and adhering to safety protocols.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and demands within the Biomed Center.
• Meet individual and department productivity goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and quality.

• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience in shipping/receiving or a similar field.
• Prior work experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
