Role: Program Manager

Location: Newark, NJ

Position Overview

This role encompasses the comprehensive management of technology initiatives and programs, including financial oversight. Responsibilities include managing technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery efforts. The position entails direct and matrixed execution responsibilities across all technology sectors, collaborating with Line of Business (LOB) Portfolio/Program Managers to ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives. The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects or a singular major initiative, working closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop business features for technology solutions.

Essential Skills

Experienced Project Manager or Delivery Lead with the capability to manage intricate Consumer Card, Small Business, Rewards, and Deals initiatives. Strong financial management expertise is essential.


• Proficient in clear communication and adept at navigating all organizational levels


• Skilled in executive reporting and presentation


• Highly organized with critical thinking skills applicable at both strategic and tactical levels

Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects that significantly impact multiple business lines, with potential cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with the Consumer Card, Small Business, Rewards, or Deals sectors. Knowledge of various initiative management tools is advantageous.

Experience in executing large initiatives with substantial impacts across multiple business lines, potentially involving cross-functional or inter-departmental considerations.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Expected annual compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. The position is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits package, which includes a comprehensive range of medical and dental options, disability insurance, and paid time off, inclusive of sick leave and other paid and unpaid leave options.
