About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neurohealth Sales Specialist to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatric products in the Long Island, NY area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales results by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and promoting our products in a compliant and ethical manner.
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed sales goals, leveraging your understanding of organizational objectives and available resources.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, market access, and training, to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers, showcasing your expertise and building trust with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a strong call average, focusing on top target customers and delivering value through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, with a strong background in psychiatric therapeutic areas.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
  • Experience launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care, with a deep understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology.
