Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker

CN Guidance and Counseling Services is seeking a qualified and caring Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to join our residential program. The successful candidate will provide counseling, behavioral interventions, restorative services, and assistance in negotiating community activities and crisis management services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. A minimum of 1-year experience in a residential or mental health setting is required. If currently employed by CN Guidance, a minimum of 1-year of employment in the Residential department in good standing is also acceptable.
Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, restorative services, and assistance in negotiating community activities and crisis management services.
- Develop and implement personalized service plans for residents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for residents.
- Document interactions with residents in accordance with agency policies and standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Other Benefits:
