Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in transportation engineering, including project management and business development.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role, leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Skills
    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
    • Active PE license in the state of Georgia or South Carolina.
  • Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) Certification
    • PTOE certification or willingness to obtain.
