Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training programs.
  • Utilize industry-accepted practices, such as Kirkpatrick's theory of evaluation, to assess the impact of training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.
  • Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including instructor-led and virtual delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Education, or a related field.
  • 6-8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years' facilitation/learning & development experience.
  • At least ten (10) years of consecutive and current documented wrecker operation experience in law enforcement towing/recovery or at least five (5) years of consecutive and current documented wrecker operation experience in law enforcement towing/recovery with formalized training certifications (Wrecker Master, TRAA, NATA, Light Duty Towing Recovery).
  • ASE A6, A8, and Master Certification preferred.
  • IITR preferred – Minimum 5 years Automotive Experience and resume submitted to IITR board.
  • DOT Certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
