Job Summary:
The AAA Club Alliance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the Automotive Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training programs.
- Utilize industry-accepted practices, such as Kirkpatrick's theory of evaluation, to assess the impact of training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.
- Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including instructor-led and virtual delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Education, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years' facilitation/learning & development experience.
- At least ten (10) years of consecutive and current documented wrecker operation experience in law enforcement towing/recovery or at least five (5) years of consecutive and current documented wrecker operation experience in law enforcement towing/recovery with formalized training certifications (Wrecker Master, TRAA, NATA, Light Duty Towing Recovery).
- ASE A6, A8, and Master Certification preferred.
- IITR preferred – Minimum 5 years Automotive Experience and resume submitted to IITR board.
- DOT Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
