About the Role

Salary and Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $32.00 - $46.50 per hour, with a shift differential available for hours worked between 7p and 7a, weekends, and weekend nights. A sign-on bonus and student loan repayment program are also offered as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

This Registered Nurse position requires working in the Adolescent Program and Child Program, with cross-training provided. You will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients aged 5-17 years old, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and addiction or suicidal behavior. The dynamic and challenging environment requires critical thinking and autonomy in professional practice.

You will work closely with colleagues to create and deliver high-quality patient care, meeting the unique needs of each individual. This role offers opportunities to grow professionally and personally, with options for national certification and further education.

Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
  • Certification in specialty encouraged.
  • Membership in a professional organization encouraged.
