Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN at The Willows at Willard, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents
  • Develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
  • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Be experienced in all aspects of nursing and healthcare
  • Have knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
