About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our elderly members. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine nursing duties, such as preparing and administering medications, as well as documenting patient information.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $23.142 per hour, which includes a differential payment of up to $3.00 per hour and shift differentials ranging from $1 to $1.75 per hour. Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality care and support to members, promoting independence and dignity.
  2. Prepare and administer medications, including oral and topical treatments.
  3. Document patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
