About the Role:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.
