At Hartford Athletic, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Assistant to support our match day operations. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at Dillon Stadium, including match days, watch parties, and other supporter events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment placement and sponsor signage.
  • Coordinate with security forces, runners, and the press box to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Provide game officials with necessary assistance before, during, and after the match.
  • Ensure compliance with match timelines and information.
  • Communicate with the home team, visiting team, and referees to ensure timely positions for pre-match ceremonies and the second half.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit or willing to volunteer.
  • Available to work all home match days, nights, and weekends, often under inclement weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
