Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Event Services representative.

As a key member of our event staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with ushers and ticket takers to ensure seamless event operations
  • Assist in security positions that require a high level of customer interaction and problem-solving skills
  • Adapt to customer needs and exceed their expectations through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products to enhance the guest experience
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • Strong teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting
