We are seeking an experienced Solar Panel Maintenance Technician to join our team at Detach Reset Solar LLC. This exciting role involves working on-site at large utility scale solar photovoltaic sites, performing various operations and maintenance tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly document all work performed using provided checklists, service reports, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Perform all site activities in compliance with environmental permits, equipment warranty requirements, training plans, and schedules
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in testing, analyzing, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting photovoltaic inverter systems, data acquisition systems, and other PV power plant components
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for professional judgments and recommendations
Salary and Benefits:

The selected candidate can expect a salary of approximately $92,640 per year (based on a 52-week work schedule), along with a comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.

We also offer flexible scheduling, with regular work days from Monday to Friday and flexibility for extended hours, varied shifts, weekend work, and holiday shifts as required.
