The Assistant Manager of Inventory Control is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service across all job functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

  • Construct and maintain appealing product displays while ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Implement promotional strategies and seasonal displays effectively.
  • Adhere to departmental standards and operational requirements.

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all departmental roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in scheduling, supervising, training, and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Educate employees on store policies, sales techniques, and record-keeping practices.
