Job Summary

As a Store Manager at Circle K, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and customer service representatives.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Control expenses, including labor costs, inventory costs, and other operating expenses.
  • Ensure a safe and clean shopping environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company safety policies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, including sales trends and customer purchasing habits.
  • Collaborate with the market manager to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, including experience in a convenience store or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
