Job Summary

As a Dogdrop Team Member, your primary focus will be to monitor and manage the dogs in our care to ensure the safety and well-being of the group and each individual dog. This includes maintaining a clean and orderly facility on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Canine Care and Safety: Monitor and manage the dogs in our care to ensure their safety and well-being. Recognize signs of stress and aggression in dogs and take appropriate action to manage their energy and activity.
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean up after dogs immediately and maintain a clean and pleasant facility throughout the day. Follow cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure a safe and healthy environment for dogs.
  • Customer Service: Interact with human customers in a kind, respectful, professional, and courteous manner. Check-in and check-out dogs efficiently and with care.
  • Communication: Communicate seamlessly with the rest of the team to ensure everyone is on the same page about each dog's behavior and needs. Provide fun feedback about each dog to parents every day and report on anything parents need to know about their dog.
  • Administrative Tasks: Understand the administrative portal well to help parents with any issues that arise, such as updating and managing member account information, helping with billing issues, and reporting technical issues to our technical support team.
  • Event Support: Assist with Dogdrop events to help engage with current members and acquire new ones.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Maintain prolonged standing, bend at the waist as needed, reach overhead to access items or equipment, engage in pushing, pulling, and lifting of equipment or structures, and independently lift objects and dogs weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities: Positively contribute to the workplace in a professional manner, maintain exceptional attendance with no absences, consistently arrive on time or early, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
