Job Description

Positive Progression is seeking a skilled Behavior Consultant to play a vital role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans to cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Individual Therapies: Facilitate individual therapies using positive treatment methods to foster growth and development.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatment plans, adhering to all facility and licensing standards.
  • Regular Treatments: Perform regular in-person treatments to ensure consistent progress and support.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, special education, psychology, or ABA.
  • A clean background check.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or Autism.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
