About the Role

Caring Family Community Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a School-Based Behavioral Health Specialist. This is a part-time, contract position that will involve working with children in grades 1-8 to help them maintain their general educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans to help students achieve their goals
  • Provide training and support to teachers on behavior management, classroom organization, and Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including BCBA's and Licensed Therapists, to reduce referrals for special education services
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
