RN Nursing Supervisor Weekends

Join Cantex as a RN Weekend Supervisor and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will oversee the provision of patient care services on weekends, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
* Observe, assess, and report Patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
* Evaluate and implement a Patient's care plan.
* Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
* Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
**Requirements:**
* Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
