Job Summary:
Cantex is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Weekend Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of patient care services and ensuring the highest level of quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
- Observe, assess, and report Patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders.
- Evaluate and implement a Patient's care plan, and direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
- Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
