- Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms efficiently.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as making beds and cleaning bathrooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct deep cleaning activities as required, collaborating with the maintenance team.
- Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance as per the schedule.
- Uphold company and brand standards regarding personal appearance and grooming.
- Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms per shift.
- Address any special requests from guests or other departments.
- Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor or manager.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical capability to stand and walk throughout the shift, performing repetitive motions.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment.
