Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across CW Resources owned properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings, systems, and equipment.
- Conduct painting and surface repairs, including patching holes, sanding, and painting walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Maintain common areas, replace batteries, change lightbulbs, and check circuit breakers.
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Ensure that buildings and equipment meet safety standards, addressing potential hazards promptly.
- Respond to service requests from the online ticketing system and schedule service when needed.
- Manage maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-year experience with general building maintenance
- Basic knowledge of tool usage
- Basic computer knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will work in a variety of settings, including both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in adverse weather conditions. The role requires frequent lifting and carrying of heavy objects, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
