Essential Qualifications:
- Education: M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution.
- Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas.
- Board Certification: Board Certification in Pediatrics is required or successful completion of the Board Certification examination within two years of employment.
- DEA Registration: Current registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) for prescription writing.
- CPR Certification: Must possess a current Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
