Healthcare Professional for Progressive Step Down Unit

As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Step Down Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients requiring complex assessments and interventions. You will be responsible for obtaining comprehensive patient data, developing care plans in collaboration with interprofessional teams, and ensuring quality and safety in nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain comprehensive data pertinent to the patient from the patient, family, and other healthcare providers to develop a holistic picture of the patient's needs or condition.
- Analyze and synthesize data from the assessment in determining diagnosis or conditions relevant to care.
- Identify optimal outcomes for the patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and interprofessional team.
- Develop a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain outcomes, using clinical judgment in collaboration with patient, family, and interprofessional care team.
- Implement the plan, employing strategies to promote and maintain a safe environment, coordinates implementation with patient, family, and interprofessional team.
- Evaluate processes and progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.
- Contribute to the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, evaluates their own practice, and maintains current knowledge and competence.
- Communicates effectively in all areas of practice, collaborates with patient, family, and interprofessional team.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- No experience required
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
