Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician role is a vital part of our team at Mindlance. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for delivering prescription medical devices, preparing and repackaging devices accurately, maintaining in-date inventory, and ordering entry and billing of insurance for devices. You will also work closely with team members and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of prescription medical devices to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, including ordering and stocking of devices.
  • Billing and Insurance: Process billing and insurance claims for medical devices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound patient calls and making outbound calls to physicians as needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic Skills and Techniques: Apply basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within the assigned area.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as required.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • Quality Guidelines: Adhere to all quality guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely work.
