Our Renal Dialysis Program provides innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. As a Renal Dialysis Nurse, you will work closely with our team to deliver prompt, state-of-the-art care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical direction to staff members and patient care for a shift of patients in accordance with LifeBridge Health Healthcare Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, OSHA, CMS, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted)
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience including a minimum of (12) months' experience providing nursing care in med surge, critical care or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- CNN or CDN preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred; willingness, desire, and ability to supervise required
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with LifeBridge Health specific application within 60 days of employment required
