Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
