Job Title: Rapid Response Neurological Care Coordinator

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Respond to stroke alerts and other neurological emergencies
  2. Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans
  3. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination and communication
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a critical care setting
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Texas
