Job Summary

The Rapid Response Team RN will respond to all emergencies, including Code Blues, Heart Alerts, and Stroke Alerts. The RN RRT will perform surveillance, identify patients at risk, and collaborate with bedside nurses. They will also take on a teaching role to help inexperienced nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all emergencies, including Code Blues, Heart Alerts, and Stroke Alerts

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
  • 3-5 years of recent experience in an ICU or ER
  • ACLS, NIH stroke scale certification required

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
