Special Requirements
Government Service
Individuals in this role who possess an active California real estate license must place that license on Government Service. The renewal rights of the license are safeguarded while employed in a government position that presents a conflict of interest with holding an active real estate license. The licensee is prohibited from performing activities requiring a California real estate license.

Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential for this role. The incumbent must be proficient in using a personal computer and navigating various databases, with a solid understanding of applicable applications. Confidentiality and discretion are critical due to the sensitive nature of the documents handled.
