Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee specific technical tasks and ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of facility-related projects, including design, construction, and maintenance.
- Lead and mentor team members on various technical activities or projects.
- Utilize computer-aided engineering and other design/analysis tools effectively.
- Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and status.
- Review and interpret customer specifications, developing designs that align with cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Offer budget, cost, and scheduling insights for assigned tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to facility equipment.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues and clients, both in writing and verbally.
- Promote and uphold the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
- Participate in relevant engineering, customer, or business meetings.
- Guide and support less-experienced staff members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Facilities Engineering and relevant application domains.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
