Key Responsibilities
As a Service Writer/Estimator II, your primary responsibilities will include creating vehicle repair service estimates based on compiled information from Mobile Technicians and Customers, communicating effectively with customers to deliver quotes and resolve technical inquiries, prioritizing workflow to ensure effectiveness, collecting information and parts pricing from various manufacturers and vendors, reviewing, revising, and generating additional repair estimates, and managing the intake process by moving and parking units in the shop parking lot. You will also input Repair Orders into the company system (Pulse) and work closely with the team to provide exceptional customer service experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. Alternatively, a different combination such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline or 5 years' experience in a related field may be considered. Proficiency with Mitchell One, Pulse, or similar systems, strong communication skills (written, verbal and phone), customer service skills, proficient computer skills (MS Office, emails, typing, etc.) and software navigation capabilities to generate repair estimates are essential. The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
