Target Salary Range: $80k - $100k (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the repackaging and testing of compressed and liquid gases at our facility.
- Lead a dedicated team while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
- Manage all operational personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and manage the capital expenditure budget, ensuring compliance with all necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with the regional safety officer to maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Implement and revise standard operational practices to enhance productivity.
- Analyze production data to optimize processes and meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial gas or related environment.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data management and computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
