Job Title: Travel PCU Nurse

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Travel PCU Nurse to join our team. As a Travel PCU Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Travel PCU Nurse to work in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PCU setting and be able to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. The contract length is 13 weeks, starting on 10/07/2024.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a PCU setting, 2 years preferred
  • Valid VA RN License
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS
  • Eligible to work in the United States
