Senior Fire Alarm and Security Systems Installer

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Alarm and Security Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems in various industries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Install, service, and maintain fire alarm and security systems, including fire alarms, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of electricity and electronics, and the ability to solve systems issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Minimum high school/trade school graduate, military, or two-year Associate degree in a technical field involving electronics or computers.
- Working knowledge of personal computers (Windows Server, Windows 7, 10, 11) and Microsoft's suite of Office software.
- Working knowledge of IT network systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools and test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters, and communication devices as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents, as well as project plans, specifications, schedules, and equipment installation/operation/solving manual.
- Fire Alarm experience/certification with Notifier preferred.
- Security experience/certification with P2000, Lenel, Genetec, Prowatch, Avigilon or C-Cure 9000.
- VMS- experience/certification with EXAQ, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, or Video Edge/ Victor.
