Medical Assistant Certified

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Certified to join our team at our Everett Medical Clinic. This is a full-time position working Tuesday - Saturday, with hours of operation from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Room and exit patients according to established protocols
- Complete all provider referrals for each patient
- Administer injections and distribute oral medications under physician's order; perform venipuncture
- Assist the medical provider with charting office visits; ensure communication and documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination
This is not an exhaustive list of duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Washington State MA-Certificate or MA-Interim License with the ability to pass the exam within the 90-day probationary period
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within 90 days of hire date and maintenance throughout employment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Russian preferred
