Certified Medical Assistant

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at a medical facility in Everett, WA. This is a 4-month contract opportunity with the possibility of a contract-to-hire position, offering a great chance to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant to support our client's medical facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient care and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients face-to-face, take vitals, refill prescriptions, provide vaccinations, and draw labs.
- Prepare examination rooms for patient consultations and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and common areas.
- Accurately measure and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and respiration rate.
- Verify prescription information and patient details.
- Administer vaccinations and immunizations following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of vaccines administered and inventory levels.
- Collect blood, urine, or other specimens from patients for laboratory testing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Two years of experience preferred.
- BLS & CMA certification required.
