Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including screening and evaluation, development of treatment plans, and discharge planning.
  • Supervise and direct occupational therapy assistants and rehab technicians to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.
  • Build and maintain a strong occupational therapy program, enhancing clinical expertise and professional skills through ongoing education and training.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, payment models, and treatment guidelines to provide high-quality care and services.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • Valid certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Valid occupational therapist state license (where applicable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
