Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' physical and mental well-being.
Provide education to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Document patient progress and outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal results.
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist (OT) License
BLS Certifications
Two years of recent Occupational Therapist experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
