We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at St. Croix Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing activities, ensuring staff have the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality patient care, and providing direction to staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate patient care services to ensure optimal outcomes
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage personnel issues, including hiring, performance management, and training
- Ensure compliance with department and facility standards, policies, and procedures
- Current RN license in WI and MN
- Anticoagulation certification desired
- 1 year of supervisor or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
