The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000 - $55,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the coordination of billing services, including Medicaid program billing, workforce provider enrollment services, account monitoring and reconciliation, reporting and record keeping, and the coordination of payment services for foster care and other related services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a high level of computer literacy, be comfortable working with all types of software and database applications, and have a willingness to learn new technology programs. You will also need to be organized, accurate, and able to manage your time and priorities effectively.

Demonstrated work experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
