Our Pediatric RNs play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to children and families in the Springfield area. We are proud to offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50-$55 per hour, which reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

As a Pediatric RN at BrightStar Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring patients' conditions and assessing their needs to provide personalized care and advice
  • Adjusting and administering medications and treatments according to physician's orders
  • Documenting patient information according to standards of practice and policy
  • Providing teaching opportunities and fostering a supportive environment for patients and their families

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current RN license in the state of Oregon
  • CPR certification
  • A minimum of one year of documented home health pediatric RN experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • The ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen
